   Westside is changing it up a bit this year, and we are excited to announce our upcoming Christmas Luncheon!


Here are the details for the event:

  - Admission: Tickets are $20 per person. However, if you purchase a $100 Raffle Ticket, your admission to the luncheon is completely FREE!
  - Raffle Prizes: The grand raffle prize is a HUGE $7,500! We will also have two smaller prizes of $1,000 and $1,500.
  - Extras: WHBA will be giving away several free door prizes, along with other special treats and goodies.

MEMBER DISCOUNT

Receive a $100 DISCOUNT / HOUSE on DET TESTING (BLOWER DOOR) duct and envelope testing

 DET Verification is now required on all new homes prior to obtaining a Certification of Occupancy.  Verification includes a Blower Door Test for air infiltration and a Duct Blast Test on all HVAC systems.
