SHOOTING COMPETITION
Shooting activities will include the following  events.  Shooters may compete in all three events for a reduced “Package Price”.

FITASC Shooting Competition—This event is very similar to Sporting Clays.  Shooters will  consist of 5 shooters.  Prizes will be awarded to the highest scoring individual and highest scoring team. 

5 STAND— This event will consist of teams of 5 shooters.

WABBLE—Shooters compete as individuals, but in groups of 5 shooters.  A Prize Pot will be awarded to the shooter with the “best  out of 25”.

Shooting School—Never shot clays or even hunted before?  Receive expert instruction in gun safety and participate in a  round of WABBLE shooting.

Registration Fee includes shells and gun if needed.  Individuals who are interesting in participating in these activities must register NLT September 10th.  Participation will be limited so reserve you spot early.  You may participate in all 3 events on as many as you like.  To register, complete the form on the back of this flier.  Payment must be made prior to participating in the event.  Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

FISHING TOURNAMENT
The lakes at Foxhall offer excellent opportunities to fish.  The following event will be held.  All necessary  supplies, to include boat and fishing equipment, will be provided.  Only Foxhall boats will be allowed. (No License Required)

Legacy Lake Fishing Tournament—Participants will be provided a John Boat and allowed to fish for 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.  A First Place trophy will be awarded to the fisherman catching the largest fish. Participants my fish in any of the lakes and waterways on the Foxhall property.  Reservation for the Legacy Lake Fishing Tournament must be made NLT September 10th.

EQUESTRIAN
There is No Competition here, just fun! Whether you are an “experienced rider” or a “first timer”, riding at Foxhall offers a beautiful opportunity   to see the extensive community trail system connecting all areas of Foxhall.  The number of horses is limited and riders must reserve a time during one of the 3 time periods.  Reservations must be made NLT September 10th.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you company would be interested in sponsoring one or more of the events, the following opportunities are available.  If you have other suggestions where you might participate, please contact the WHBA staff at 678-715-0904 or by email at WHBA@bellsouth.net.

This is an excellent opportunity to let your customers and potential customers know YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!  Even though new home construction is down, there are a lot of opportunities in the area of REMODELING.  You know what happens when you don’t advertise...NOTHING!

LUNCH SPONSOR — Just provide the food for the GMM.  You may cook it yourself on site or have it catered.
 
BEVERAGE SPONSOR — Just provide the beverages for the GMM and the afternoon’s activities.  WHBA will provide Beer for the Awards event at 4:30.  (After all the guns are holstered!)

EVENT SPONSOR — Sponsor one or more of the day’s events.  Options are Shooting Event, Fishing Event or Team Events.  Just provide the prizes.  We will provide the signs.

OTHERS — Let us know how you would like to participate.  We also need volunteers to help coordinate the events.  Ware your company shirts.
