Partnership Opportunities
WHBA is planning it 2010 calendar and would like to extend the following Partnership Opportunities to its membership. If you are interested in participating in any of the programs listed below, please contact Chris Collier at the WHBA office for details at 678-715-0904. This information is provided to you to assist you with your 2010 Budget planning. Reserve your choices early while all options exit. If you are not currently a member of Westside HBA, this would be an excellent time to get involved. During our recent November Membership Drive, we added 50 new members. This is an indication that our industry is viable and anticipating a much better year in 2010. Don't miss out on this opportunity. Click on the following link for a membership application. APPLICATION MONTHLY GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING This is an excellent opportunity to promote your company's products and services to the membership of WHBA. Your sponsorship entitles you to the opportunity to speak to those in attendance for a period of up to 15 minutes. You may request that the meeting be held at your place of business or we will arrange for a meeting place. As a sponsor, you are expected to provide the meal for those attending, cover the costs of the meeting room and a $100 administrative fee to WHBA. We hold GMM's on the 2nd Tuesday of each Month except July and December. GOLF OUTING EVENTS WHBA will hold 2 Golf Outings per year. One in May and one in October. There are many Sponsorship Opportunities at these events. They are listed below. • Event Sponsor ($1,000) - Includes the following: o Name & Logo on all event literature and sign. o Tee Sponsorship (Tent, Table, Chairs and Beverages Provided). o Two Teams In Tournament. • Tee Sponsor (Three Levels) - Includes the following: o Level 1 ($200) - No Services Provided o Level 2 ($350) - Beverages Provided o Level 3 ($500) - Tent, Table, Chairs and Beverages Provided • Hole Sign ($50) - A sign announcing your sponsorship will be placed next to the green at a designated one hole. WEBSITE SPONSORSHIPS Ad space is available on the WHBA website. All e-newsletters contain links to the website for additional information. Our website also attracts homebuyers interested in the West Atlanta market. Traffic counts are available. • BANNER AD - This ad gets you the BEST POSITION and can be found at the top of every page. ($750 per year) • SIDEBAR ADS - These ads are listed in a column. ($250 per year) BUILDER/DEVELOPER BREAKFAST If you want to reach builders, this is the best buy available. We hold 4 Quarterly Builder/Developer Breakfasts per year and only Builder Members are allowed except for the sponsoring company and its representatives. The fee is $100 plus the cost of the meal. These events are held on the 3rd Wednesday of February, May, August and November at 7:30 AM and may be held at either your location or the WHBA Training Room. NEW MEMBER/AFTER HOURS ORIENTATION This is a quarterly social event, Builder After Hours is held at the sponsor’s place of business or the WHBA Training Room. At this event New Members receive a brief orientation and the opportunity to meet other members. These events are held in February, May, August and November. WHBA events have included grand openings, receptions and theme parties. WHBA assists with event promotion and reservation services. Sponsor covers costs for the event including food and beverage. WHBA charges a $100 administrative fee. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS If your company has a Educational Program that it would like to promote to our members, WHBA will work with you to schedule and promote the program. The program can be held at the WHBA Training Room or at your facility. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce new products to members of the association. WHBA charges an administrative fee for its service.
